This is a dynamic fast-moving environment, and you must be possess a strong/ outgoing personality as you will be constantly interacting with the team and other departments. Other aspects of the role include;

• Leading a team of 5, providing training and support.
• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of shipping operations.
• Coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Be the point of escalation.

The ideal candidate

• Proven track record of success in a Shipping /Import/Export role, as well as strong communication and leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of customs rules and regulations
• IT literate (you will be using multiple systems)
