Job Title: Sales servicing coordinator

Salary : 28,000 to 32000 per year

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our client base consisting of catering, hospitality, hotels, restaurants, and events companies. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of (Apply online only) clients, with a focus on developing positive relationships and increasing sales and margin activity.

Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain a portfolio of (Apply online only) clients.
• Develop and expand the client base to increase sales and margins.
• Cultivate positive relationships with key decision-makers.
• Handle client communication via phone calls and emails.
• Promote company products and relevant offerings to clients.
• Distribute marketing materials, including E-brochures and samples.
• Attend client visits and exhibitions to promote product range.
• Update sales data in Sage and Act Marketing systems.
• Provide general office support to Directors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Sage and Act Marketing systems is a plus.
