Contract Consultant


Looking for Consultants to cover a range of early, lates and nights shift which will include shift allowance.


Job Purpose: Being the first contact for associates on assignment, effectively managing employee issues and ensuring the effective fulfilment of orders received. Working as part of a collaborating team to ensure delivery is consistent and always meeting the client demand.


Key Performance Measures:
Achievement of agreed targets and growth of account

  • Achieve the Candidate registrations to meet order fulfilment per week - variable and agreed weekly - fully compliant to Manpower auditable standards
  • Employee holiday pay to be accurately processed and managed
  • Support the account with sickness absence and backfill.
  • All employee payroll queries to be resolved within 48 hours of notification (Working days)
  • Employee inductions to be completed as per client specification/s
  • All employees assigned must meet the recruitment standards
  • Build on-site client relationships.
  • Targets including, number of associated on assignment, achievement of agreed client SLA's. accurate data reporting

Principle Accountabilities

  • Ensuring that the Client orders are filled daily.
  • Ensuring the accurate maintenance of employee information
  • Ensuring that employee payroll is run efficiently, ensuring the minimum number of errors
  • Ensuring that employee issues are managed effectively
  • Ensuring that all employee files are referenced to the required standard
  • Ensuring that all files are kept up to date and stored securely
  • Issuing and explaining the Employee Handbook and Terms and Conditions to candidates highlighting their employment status and benefits
  • Actively gaining feedback from Clients and Candidates on the service they are receiving from Manpower in line with the Company's quality standards and taking corrective action as necessary
  • Ensuring that all activity complies with all Company policies, procedures and legal requirements including health and safety and employment legislation
  • Ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with Manpower's values and standards
  • Other ad-hoc duties and project work as required.
