Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.45pm and Friday 8am - 12pm

We are working in partnership with a marketing-leading manufacturing company in the mid-Kent area who are looking for an experienced, hands-on Workshop Supervisor. You will have previous experience working within a metal fabrication / manufacturing experience as you will be leading a team of around 25 people. You will need to have previous line management experience and be confident supporting any training needs; delivering yearly reviews; absence management and handling any disciplinaries.

To be successful as the Workshop Supervisor, you will have / be:

• Previous line management experience
• Experienced with Lathe, Mill and Brake Press machines
• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• A natural problem-solver
• A confident communicator who leads by example
