Junior Planner

HRGO Recruitment are looking for a Junior Planner to join an expanding manufacturing business in Southport.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Post Graduate or a Supply Chain / Planning Administrator looking for the next step in their career.

Hours : 8am-4.30pm Monday-Friday

Salary: 27,000- 28,000 per annum

As a Planner you will:

Utilise planning systems to convert sales forecasts into achievable production and material plans and schedules

Manage risks within the plan and amend orders to achieve customer service and stock targets

Continually liaise with sales, production, supply chain, quality and finance to develop the best strategy

Lead, coordinate, evaluate, challenge and review the sales operations and inventory planning process for the business

Propose and implement continuous improvements in own areas

Skills required:
Experience and understanding of planning process

Knowledge and experience of working a manufacturing environment

Good attention to detail

Analytical thinking

Computer Literacy including experience of ERP systems
