The Director of Insights is accountable for leading a team focused on Business Products, Data, Data Governance, Data Science, and Analytics for E&PS. This role is responsible for setting the near and long-term strategy for Data & Business Products across E&PS - driving systems roadmap standardization, business products selection and design, and data input/output standards. Implementing a sustainable data governance program is a critical element and responsibility of this role. Insights, Analytics and Planning (IAP) will enable the rest of the E&PS organization to meet its objectives, providing a strong data and digital foundation. The team will also drive the deployment and adoption of standard processes and frameworks across IAP and E&PS teams.
A suitable candidate for this role will have experience leading a strategic team and will have extensive knowledge of common E&PS applications and data types, data visualization and analytics tools. This position will also be responsible for leading our efforts in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, etc., and driving appropriate implementation of use cases across E&PS.
Key relationships include other IAP teams leveraging central analytics pool, regional/functional E&PS teams, JJT and other enterprise J&J functions (e.g., Finance) to effectively manage data governance, analytics, and business products across E&PS.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $244,950.
