Senior Site Manager

I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client who are a fast growing company that specialise in Residential, Student and Industrial Projects. They are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Senior Site Manager on a permanent basis to work on a new development of 3&4 bedroom homes. Duties Supervision of trades and delivery teams Planning work packs and method statement and risk assessments for all work involved Driving programme at a site level Quantifying material and ordering through the procurement system Keeping accurate QA records or site progress Chairing Meetings Liaising with the Commercial Team with regards to sub-contractors and materials on site Conducting quality and safety inspections Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings Maintaining quality control checksRequirements Proven experience on Residential Building Sites Knowledge of building and construction Excellent time management and leadership skills Business management skills Verbal communication skills Good initiative and logical thinking skills.
