Mobile Water Technician

We are seeking an adept Water Services Technician with proven experience to undertake various responsibilities including Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing, minor plumbing, and electro/mechanical tasks, all tailored to meet our clients' needs within the North London Region. Key responsibilities entail maintaining meticulous water logbooks for customers, ensuring comprehensive documentation adherence to current guidelines and company protocols. The role necessitates the proficient collection of water samples across diverse properties, meticulously documenting these samples following company procedures. Moreover, the successful candidate will execute water system cleaning and disinfection in strict accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company protocols. Additional duties include testing, servicing, and preserving thermostatic mixing valves, complemented by addressing basic plumbing requirements when necessary. A valid full driving license and fundamental IT proficiency (Microsoft package) are prerequisites for this role. Exceptional communication, organisational, and time management competencies are also essential. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment. Knowledge and practical expertise in water systems maintenance are highly advantageous.
