Project Manager Maidstone £65k - £75k + Travel Allowance About the Company: I'm excited to be working alongside an established fit-out principal contractor based in Maidstone, Kent who are seeking a talented fit-out/small works Project Manager to join their team. This friendly close knit team breeds a healthy enviroment for individuals looking to better themselves in the construction industry. About the Role: As Project Manager you will be responsible for managing fit-out and refubrishment projects ranging in value from £50k up to £1m giving varied exposure to different fit-out Project across London and the south-east. You will be based at the business maid-stone offices, on-site and have the ability to work from home as and when required. My client adopts a flexable working policy. Your daily responsabilites will include, managing project from conception to completion, managing programmes, liasing with subcontractors and having a general commercial awarness on Projects. Rewards and Benefits: * £65000 - £75000 * Travel Allowance * 20 days annual leave + bank holidays + wfh during Christmas period * Monthly team incetives Requirements: * 3-5 years Project Manager expereicne in the fit-out and refurbishment industry. * Full UK driving license * Good organisation skills * SMSTS * First Aid * Construction Qualification
