CAD Supervisor

Due to growth, my client is seeking a CAD supervisor to join their exciting business. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience overseeing CAD Technicians, a great eye for detail who is proficient with AutoCAD. Benefits: • Excellent career progression • 24 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays • Christmas shutdown (no holiday required to be taken) • Full training provided • Great office environment • Sociable and friendly team • Funded social events • Modern office facilities • Onsite parking The Role: * Supporting the CAD Technicians with projects, ensuring they are on track * Accurately taking client briefs over the phone or via Teams * Creating designs and CAD drawings to the client’s brief * Managing key clients * Keeping clients updated on progress for projects * Managing up to 2 CAD Technicians, providing support * Training CAD Technicians on software * Building and maintaining relationships with clients Skills and Attributes: * Experience supervising/overseeing CAD Technicians * Proficient with AutoCAD * Excellent attention to detail, ability to spot errors * Ability to build rapport with clients * Highly organised, ability to meet deadlines Next Steps – Why not click and apply?
