Day Engineer

Day Engineer Our Client is looking for an Electrical Maintenance engineer to work in a new, large commercial building in, close to Westminster.. You will be working for one of the most well-known Facilities Companies known for their training and generous benefits package. On offer is a salary of up to £48,000+Benfits with overtime available. Day to Day Duties * Good Experience on Fan coil units (FCU'S) * Control Panels * Lighting * Emergency lighting tests * Single and Three phrase * AHU maintenance . * Small installation, Fault-finding, * Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, * Power distribution) * Fire Alarm Test's * Pumps: replacement of pump shaft seals (to fix leaks), replacement of small Pumps. * General plumbing maintenance: etc. * Pressurisation units: service and repair of closed system pressurisation units. * HVAC plant * Chillers - Re-set * Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, changing taps, seals etc * BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) * UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings House of work Monday to Friday 8am- 5pm Qualifications/Requirements * Qualified In Engineering discipline with certificates equivalent to level 3 * General Building services skills * Experience with PPMs on commercial systems * Steady and progressive work history * Experienced in work on large scale building services applications
