Design and Technology Teacher

Permanent Role - Design and Technology Teacher for September 2024! Tradewind Recruitment are actively seeking a qualified Design and Technology Teacher to work in an exciting secondary school in the Thanet area from September. The role is full time and permanent with a salary of between £30,000 and £46,525 depending on experience. Both experienced and ECT's are encouraged to apply! The role: Plan and deliver creative Design and Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4 Monitor and assess the progress of the students ensuring support is provided where needed Attend Departmental meetings and parents evenings when required Liaise and collaborate with colleagues both within the department but also within the wider school effectively to ensure a consistent approach to teachingRequirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification Proven experience teaching Design and Technology across both KS3 and KS4 year groups Strong subject knowledge of the Design and Technology curriculum across all disciplines Right to work in the UK Hold or be willing to apply for a DBS certificate on the update serviceInterviews are available immediately so send your CV ASAP to secure your perfect role early!
