Job Description: They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Second in Charge Business Studies Teacher. As the Second in Charge, you will work closely with the Head of Department to lead and inspire a team of educators, ensuring the delivery of engaging and effective Business Studies lessons. You will play a key role in curriculum development, assessment, and the overall enhancement of teaching and learning within the department. Key Responsibilities: · Collaborate with the Head of Department to develop and implement the Business Studies curriculum. · Provide leadership and support to colleagues within the department, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. · Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons that engage and inspire students of varying abilities. · Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support their academic development. · Contribute to the school's extracurricular activities and enrichment programs. · Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the well-being and achievement of all students. Requirements: · Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant degree in Business Studies or a related field. · Proven experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level, with a track record of achieving excellent results. · Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues and students alike. · A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to embrace new teaching methodologies. · A positive and proactive approach to teamwork, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the school.
