Line Leader

MET Recruitment are currently recruiting a number of Team Leaders in Kingswinford!

Duties:

• Overviewing a team in the Food Production
• Delegating tasking and targets to production line workers
• Ensuring Relevant safety paper work is filled out
• Team leader experience is benenficial
• Food logistic experience would be needed

The successful candidate will have people leadership skills and come from a production / packaging or assembly environment, a background in food production or packaging would be advantageous

Hours of work :

• 6am - 2pm/ 2pm - 10pm rotating on a weekly basis
• or
• 10pm - 6am Fixed Shift

Pay :

• GBP12.64 per hour
• GBP1.50 per hour shift allowance for nights only
