Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager Birmingham up to £70,000 + bonus  Monday - Friday Days 8am - 4pm (potential flexibility)  My client have been successfully manufacturing for years in Birmingham and manufacturer specialist metals including Ingot, slab, coil, bar, sheet and more. They supply mainly into the Aerospace industry amongst other industrial sectors and are now looking for a Maintenance Manager to join the team. This will mainly be a desk based role to help drive performance in the maintenance team. For this role you must demonstrate strong leadership skill and be in a similar role currently. you will have 27 engineers reporting into you.  Benefits for the maintenance manager: 34 days holidays inc bank holidays  progression plan into Engineering Manager  helping with CI and reliability every day will be different  Experience required for the maintenance manager: experience working as a maintenance manager leading a team of at least 20 is a must worked in manufacturing - ideally heavy industry  Can demonstrate strong leadership experience been involved in CI - this would be advantageous
