Compliance & HR Administration Support


COMPLIANCE & HR ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT, DEESIDE – UPTO £27,000 PER ANNUM* *TEMP-PERM POSITION* *IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE* Due to current construction work, you will predominantly be working in a portacabin. Pay & Hours of Work * Monday to Friday working 8am-4:30pm * £25,000 – £27,000 per annum Responsibilities * Supporting with compliance of immigration laws and ensure regulations are being fully implemented with robust right to work checks being carried out on all contractors working onsite (excluding construction) with audits being taken place daily, weekly and monthly to ensure compliance * Supporting with the relocation of Turkish employees to UK, providing assistance with visa applications, housing, schooling, banking to support transition into the UK * Providing support to the Senior Management Team with day to day administration support * General HR administrative tasks to support the HR Department * Supporting with VIP visits which take place onsite with owners, partners and group visits to ensure policies/procedures are being followed Essential Skills * 3+ years’ experience of working within a senior administrative position * Previous experience of UK Right to Work Checking and UK Legislation would be advantageous but in-house training will be provided * Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment advantageous * IT literate with previous experience of using IT packages – Excel, Microsoft, HR SAP experience would be advantageous but in-house training will be provided * A highly motivated individual with a proactive approach who is willing to learn and grow within a developing business * Flexible, self-starter with a can-do attitude who works well within a team but also individually * Organised, agile and ability to change the status quo within all aspects of administration gap personnel (operating as an employment business) are proud to be representing our client based in Deeside.
