Swanstaff are seeking a skilled and dedicated Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our client based in Sevenoaks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens, pathways, and common areas. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring that our properties maintain their appeal and functionality year-round. CSCS is ideal but not essential. Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and trimming to keep outdoor spaces clean and tidy. * Plant, water, fertilise, and prune trees, shrubs, and flowers to maintain healthy and vibrant landscapes. * Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. * Clean and maintain outdoor furniture, fixtures, and structures to uphold safety and aesthetics. * Remove litter, debris, and hazardous materials from outdoor areas to maintain cleanliness and safety. * Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify issues such as erosion, drainage problems, or equipment malfunctions, and take appropriate action to address them. * Operate and maintain grounds maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively. * Collaborate with property management teams and other staff members to address maintenance needs and ensure client satisfaction. This role is based in Sevenoaks and the successful applicant must drive and have access to their on vehicle. Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends * Weekly pay
