Field Sales Representative


Job Summary:

Ross McKinley Accountants is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, expanding our client base, and strengthening our brand presence in the accounting industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, lead generation, and networking activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Create compelling marketing campaigns and materials to promote the company's services, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop pricing strategies, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and generate reports for performance analysis.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with industry advancements, regulations, and best practices, providing insights and recommendations to the team.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including accountants and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

A proven track record of success in sales and marketing, preferably within the accounting or financial services industry is preferred.

Driving License is a must and access to own transport is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.

Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
