An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Caretaker to join our Estates team.

You will provide efficient and effective support to the Estates Team to enable the department to support the College to create an engaging and functioning environment.  As part of the Estates team you will complete general maintenance to all areas of the College as required and security duties at the end of each day, including setting alarms and securing all buildings.

Term time working pattern:

• Monday – 2.30pm to 7.30pm
• Tuesday – 2.30pm to 9.30pm
• Wednesday - 2.30pm to 9.30pm
• Thursday – 2.30pm to 7.30pm
• Friday - 2.30pm to 7.30pm

Please note, during holiday periods the working hours will be adjusted across the week to accommodate a 7.00pm finish time.

Contractual Details

Rate of Pay or Salary: £22,634 per annum pro rata (actual salary £13,764 per annum)

Working Time: 25.5 hours per week Monday to Friday all year round

Contract Type: Permanent

Pension: Local Government Pension Scheme

Leave entitlement: 29 days per year plus bank holidays
