Responsibilities: * Assist with various aspects of groundworks and concrete projects, including excavation, levelling, pouring, and finishing. * Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. * Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks on schedule and to specifications. * Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring that materials and equipment are stored properly. Requirements: * Previous experience in a labourer role, preferably in construction or related field. * Valid driving licence is required. * Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in outdoor environments. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
