This role involves covering for class teachers during their planned or unplanned absences, providing an excellent opportunity for those passionate about working with children and young adults. Key Responsibilities: * Cover classes during teacher absences, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment. * Take the register and manage the class effectively. * Offer support to students when needed. * Implement and follow the school's policies and procedures. * Develop good relationships with students and staff. * Requirements: * Passion for working with children and young adults. * Experience working with children is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided. * Excellent classroom management skills. * Ability to work on a day-to-day basis, with potential for long-term assignments. * Availability to cover unplanned teacher absences. * Strong communication and organizational skills.
