Project Manager

Our client is a national developer / contractor undertaking new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country. The need now exists for an experienced Project Manager to run a £4m facade job. Re-cladding starts May. This is a client side role managing a principle contractor. The project is based in East London, Old Street. Our client requires this individual to understand facade, quality and contract administration. This position is starting in early May and will be for a 12 month period. The contract will then either be extended or you'll be taken on permanently. Day rate will be between £400 - £450 (depending on experience). Please apply if you're interested
