Requirements for the Role: City and Guilds qualification in Legionella Risk Assessing. At least 1 year of post-qualification experience. A full UK driving licence is necessary for consideration. Strong knowledge of technical regulations, including Water Supply Regulations/Byelaws, L8 ACOP, HSG274, and any other relevant guidance. Ability to prioritize, be organised, and self-motivated. Open to national travel Responsibilities as a Legionella Risk Assessor: Draw schematic diagrams. Provide technical support as required. Undertake remedial works as quoted. Conduct PPM service visits using appropriate tools and systems. Maintain accurate site L8 logbooks. Complete legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274, both manually and electronically. Ensure timely and accurate completion of Legionella Risk Assessment paperwork and reports within agreed KPI timescales.
