Night Customer Service Advisors Temporary to Permanent Working Hours - your "fixed" shift will be 18.00 - 03.00, working 5 days per week including every other weekend. Must be Office Based for 3-month training period. You will be able to apply for hybrid working upon going permanent. Hourly rate £12.00 per hour from 18:00 - 23:00 £14.40 per hour from 23:00 - 03:00 Starting: Monday 13th May The Role We are looking for experienced and well-spoken individuals who have a passion for delivering great customer service. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. You will be the first point of contact for customers from all over the world in a busy, high volume, supportive customer experience centre. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to all customers first time, every time. Taking inbound calls/emails/Live chat messages from customers who want to place an order or have a query about an "in progress" order Informing customers of deals and discounts available Helping with all ad hoc enquiries i.e., where's my order, how much is delivery, returns policy, cancellations, and complaints During the 3-month probationary period, you will work through Tate Recruitment on a timesheet basis (weekly pay). There will be no further probationary period upon you being made permanent and you will be rewarded with the company benefits from Day 1. This role is office based during the 3-month probationary period but once you go permanent, you may apply for a Hybrid arrangement. An IP phone and Headset will be supplied if you become hybrid working, but you must have your own PC.
