Project Manager - Malvern - £38,000-£45,000 Project Manager required to join a pioneering engineering company specializing in the design and manufacturing of cutting-edge test equipment. As part of my client's growth strategy, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage projects across the organization, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. As the successful Project Manager you will be responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of projects. This role would be primarily suited to someone who has experience of running multi-faceted projects with a mix of internal equipment and specialist contractors. A working knowledge of CDM would be advantageous to the role, with demonstrable skills in achieving tight project schedules. The role is office based and will require occasional travel. The Package: £38,000-£45,000 Company car 39 hours - Flexitime - Core hours - 10am-4pm 25 days holiday + statutory Company pension - 4.5% Cycle to work scheme Free parking onsite Death in service 2x annual salary The Role: Check project feasibility and identify budgets, teams and resources. Carry out planning, setting goals and objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines for tasks. Select, lead, and motivate the project team from both internal and external stakeholders. Coordinating the project team to ensure the project is running to time and budget. Carry out monitoring and control activities to track the progress of the project. Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time. Ensure that the client is aware of the "milestone" timelines. Implement any necessary changes throughout the process. Report regularly to management and the client Requirements: Will ideally be qualified to HNC / Degree level. Must have technical understanding, ideally with previous experience working in a technical / engineering role. Will have previous experience running multi-faceted projects. IOSH & COSHH would be ideal. Ideally SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) Experience within special purpose machinery, test equipment, automation, robotics or similar would be advantageous.
