Sales Support Specialist

I am currently working with a consultancy based in Chelmsford, who are seeking a new Sales Support Specialist to join the team. You must be fluent German & English for this position. Responsibilities: Inbound PPC Leads Oversight: Taking charge of inbound leads, particularly from Germany. Chase and follow these up as needed CRM Utilization: Hub Spot CRM, using it as a powerful tool to streamline and enhance the sales process. Presentation and Proposal Preparation: Craft compelling presentations, quotations, and proposal documents Sales Training Support: Assist in the development and delivery of sales training programs, contributing to the growth and success of the sales team. Meeting Coordination: Organize and provide support for team and national meetings, fostering collaboration and unity. Marketing Collaboration: Engaging in various marketing activities, including social media, blogs, website updates, LinkedIn posts, leaflets, videos, and e-blasts, amplifying our brand presence. Relationship Building Sales Administration: Handle general sales administration tasks as required, ensuring the smooth flow of operations.About you: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
