Job Title: Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) Carpenter Location: East London, Essex & Ealing Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Vehicle: Company van and fuel card provided Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) Carpenter to join our clients team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be working for a social housing contractor in East London, Essex, and Ealing. Responsibilities: Perform fire door maintenance, repairs, and installations in compliance with regulations and standards Conduct fire risk assessments and inspections Install fire signage as required Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Maintain accurate records of work undertakenRequirements: Previous experience as a carpenter, preferably with experience in fire door maintenance Knowledge of fire regulations and standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail Full UK driving licenseFor More information please call Ameerah on (phone number removed) Resourcing Group is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
