Role Summary: As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects from inception to successful completion, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to high-quality standards. Working within a defined geographic area under the guidance of the Head of Projects, you will play a pivotal role in managing the entire project lifecycle, including commissioning and handover tasks. Key Responsibilities: * Develop Manufacturing Schedules based on Door Costing Schedules * Conduct site visits for refurbishments or utilize architectural drawings for new installations. * Coordinate with stakeholders through site meetings and pre-start discussions. * Monitor production timelines and oversee installation processes. * Ensure compliance with Health & Safety (H&S) and CDM regulations. * Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables effectively. * Facilitate client sign-off during the Commissioning phase. * Uphold company values by providing exceptional service at every stage. Skills and Qualifications: * Minimum 5 years of joinery experience with relevant qualifications * Proven track record in successful project delivery * Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word) * Strong attention to detail and methodical work approach * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Knowledge of H&S requirements and CDM regulations * Experience in managing on-site labour (employed and subcontracted) Remuneration Package: * Competitive salary * Car allowance with company mileage reimbursement * 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays * Performance bonus linked to monthly invoice sales. * Provided phone and laptop for work purposes.
