Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Facilities Management

We are currently working with a UK Facilities Management service provider to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a public sector site in the Eltham/South East London area The role will pay up to £40,000 per annum and be 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday The Purpose of this role is to work with the Hard Service’s team to ensure that the M&E Facilities Management service agreement is of the standards required and expected as outlined within the contract terms. To assist the SSMT in providing a high level of expertise within the contract, Adherence to company policy and procedures and Health & Safety requirements. Requirements: * Experience within the building services industry * Experience of Electrical Maintenance * 18th Edition qualification * A good understanding of the electrical wiring of commercial boilers, Pressurization systems, HVAC. * Understanding the planned preventative maintenance methods * Full UK driving license
