Nursery Deputy Manager

Our clients lovely busy setting in Didcot are looking for an experienced Nursery Deputy manager to join the team and work alongside the manager in supporting the day to day running of their busy nursery. Based on a 40 hr working week, salary is cGBP33k plus, plus great benefits.

Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 year' experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
