MEP Manager - £60m Hotel Project

We are currently on the lookout for a strong MEP Manager for a growing main contractor to work on a £60m project. This is a fantastic opportunity for an MEP Manager to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work, working on a 4 star hotel in Central London. Key Responsibilities:  Oversee delivery of M&E services, QA & Handover management, and site operations. Coordinate design, procurement, and installation of MEP systems. Ensure compliance with standards and specifications. Review technical documentation and manage contractor submissions. Identify and mitigate risks to project timeline and quality. Chair meetings and liaise with stakeholders. Implement QA/QC systems and ensure safety protocols. Manage resources and track progress. Provide technical expertise and support to project team.Qualifications: Relevant NVQ or HNC/Degree in engineering, SMSTS, CSCS Proven management experience with a tier 2 contractor or sub contractor  Strong communication and leadership skills. Technical expertise in MEP systems. Proficiency in MS Office, BIM, and project management tools. Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable. Commitment to safety and quality standards.
