Industrial Consultant

Straight Forward Recruitment Ltd are looking to add an Industrial Consultant to our already established and very successful Industrial Division. Location: Norwich-NR1  Working Hours: 08h30 - 17h00 Salary - Minimum starting salary of £25,000 upwards depending on experience Excellent uncapped commission  As an Industrial Consultant your duties will be; To attract and recruit new candidates To register, interview and induct suitable candidates for roles we offer Match available workers with current requirements to fulfil client needs Assist with payroll by sending, receiving and entering time sheets to our CRM Enter candidate details and all client bookings onto our CRM Cover our 24/7 emergency on call phone on a rotational basis Sales calls to new clients Requirements: Ideally candidates will come from a recruitment background preferably within the industrial sector, or an onsite contract / account manager however this is not essential.   Hold a valid drivers licence and have access to your own vehicle Excellent written and verbal communication The ability to speak an East-European language would be advantageous, such as Lithuanian, Russian or Romanian, due to the base of candidates we work with.
