Mobile Engineer - Edinburgh - Salary up to £38,000 Plus great benefits! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance covering the Edinburgh region on a mobile basis. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return the company is offering a competitive salary up to £38,000 with a potential route into further career progression. Key duties & Responsibilities: ● Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) ● Emergency lighting tests ● Control Panels ● Changing Ballast ● BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) ● Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance ● Maintain and update Log books ● To ensure that planned preventative maintenance and associated work is implemented efficiently to specified requirements and provide assistance with improving these requirements on a continuous basis. ● To communicate all necessary information regarding breakdown problems, alteration to planned preventative maintenance and technical information required Requirements: ●Electrically or mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential) ● Electrically or mechanically qualified – City and Guilds level 3 (Desirable) ● Must be able to pass a DBS check or have a current DBS (Essential) ● Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates ● A proven track record in commercial building maintenance ● Multi-skilled ● Good communication skills ● Client Facing Package Information: ● Basic Salary of up to £38,000 ● Call out ● 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays ● Company Van & Fuel Card ● Full company uniform ● Overtime available (time and half weekdays and Saturday, double time on Sundays) ● Training and development ● Gym flex/discount ● Eye Care = £25 towards Eye test and £100 towards glasses
