Fire Pump Service Engineer

JA1342 – Fire Pump Service Engineer Location –Midlands - Oxford Salary - £40 - £50K DOE (paid weekly) Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Field Based Fire Pump Service Engineer to cover the above areas. The Successful candidate will preferably have a proven track record within the industry or associated skills and attributes such as self-motivation and the ability to logically approach mechanical and electrical faults. Key Responsibilities: Undertaking service, maintenance and installation of Fire Pump drivers and control on customers premises. These are predominately diesel engine and 3 phase motor driven centrifugal pumps. Working on Diesel Pumps, DC Electrics, AC Electrics and AC motors and controls. Manage mechanical and electrical faults. Skills and Experience: Knowledge of Diesel Engines Experience working on fire pumps or similar equipment Electrical qualifications desired but not essential Full UK driving License CSCS Card Benefits: Rough take home for overtime – Variable but readily available Singing on Bonus New Company Van Phone/Tablet etc. PPE Supplied Bonus – Generous Christmas gift Hours of Work – Salary – Circa 40 – 42 hours per week Door to door position  Holiday entitlement – 20 plus BH increased to 22 after 12 months Pension – Up to 12 % based on value to business – Commences at 9% after 3 months Any other benefits – Ongoing product training and Industry regulation training progression available Dedicated office coordinators
