Production Technician - Electronic Manufacturing Location: Belper / Derbyshire Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 + Benefits If you’re ready to dive into an exciting role within a cutting-edge electronics manufacturing facility my client is seeking a number of Production Technicians to join the team! Operating within a state-of-the-art, compact manufacturing setup, you'll be involved in various tasks, from product assembly to logistics and testing of top-tier electronic products. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of the manufacturing processes. Honesty, precision, and organisational skills are paramount as you contribute to the production of high-quality electronic goods. Personal Competencies Required: * Meticulous attention to detail. * Consistent delivery of high-quality work. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities, coupled with the capacity to work independently. * Effective time management skills, enabling autonomous task completion. * Proactive attitude towards process and procedure enhancement. * Diligent adherence to compliance requirements. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required Technical Skills and Experience: * HND/HNC in Electronic Engineering or equivalent, with relevant experience considered. * Minimum of 2 years' experience in electronic product manufacturing. Desired Technical Skills: * Relevant IPC training. * Experience in through-hole soldering and surface mount rework. Additional Requirements: You must be a UK National and be able to obtain and hold a high-level security clearance.
