Our client is a market leading company that specialises in the manufacture and supply of commercial equipment all over all over the world. The company focuses and prides themselves on creating innovative solutions for their customers which makes them the best at what they do! Supporting the Operations Director, you will spearhead the whole supply chain function, driving change and improvement. You will be responsible for a team of 5 direct reports and whilst taking full ownership of the stock, inventory control, supply chain and procurement across the whole facility. You will also support counter sales and have a strong presence within the warehouse and logistic departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in supply chain at a management level and proven experience of developing teams and driving continuous improvement at a strategic level.
