Clinical Fellow - Oncology

A geniuine opportunity to be part of a team at a leading private cancer treatment centre at the forefront of cancer care, working in a team of oncology specialists to develop a personalised private patient treatment plan, tailored towards patient unique needs and diagnosis. As a Clinical Fellow/Specialty Registrar you will provide medical cover to the outpatient chemotherapy day unit. Deliver an integrative approach to cancer care that supports patients physical, emotional and spiritual needs in the outpatients setting. Be responsible for checking outpatient prescriptions and protocols and approving medication. Establish great relationships with a large cohort of outpatients, as well as work closely with world-renowned experts within the medical field. You will be responsible for medically assess patients receiving chemotherapy treatment and manage any emergencies which may arise with the guidance of the consultant in charge.This role is Monday-Friday, no night, no weekends, and no on-call. Registrar Level Knowledge of managing complications/side-effect of immunotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted therapies MBBS medical qualification GMC registration and current licence to practice MRCP (Preferred) Evidence of Specialist training in Internal Medicine, specifically Oncology and Chemotherapy
