Quantity Surveyor- remediation/earthworks

My client is part of a £200m + group and has started a remediation/earthworks division in the last few years. This business is growing at a sustainable rate and we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor looking to make the step up to the next level. This is an opportunity to join one the UK's most respected names and to get a foothold in a business where the sky is the limit as far your future career is concerned. It is preferable that you are experienced in contracting within earthworks and remediation- although candidates with groundworks/civils contracting experience will also be considered favourably. You will need approximately 3-5 years experience at least and be able to illustrate stability and progression along with a good level of commercial nous. This contractor does very well as far as staff retention is concerned and their team of Directors is made with (in my opinion) some of the best/most successful names in their industry. With this team at the helm the venture can only be a fruitful one. You will be working on projects in the Midlands region and northern Home Counties. These schemes range from 500k up to around £20 million. They are split between commercial and development clients. Turnover is around the £100 m mark currently. The package on offer is competitive at this level and there is room for negotiation for candidates that fit the brief perfectly.
