BMS Technical Estimator (South East England)

Job Title: BMS Technical Estimator Location: South East England Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + Car Allowance/Company Car An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BMS Technical Estimator to join my clients team working in South East England. As a BMS Technical Estimator, you will play a key role in assessing project requirements, preparing accurate estimates, and contributing to the success of our Building Management Systems (BMS) initiatives. Key Responsibilities: * Evaluate project specifications and requirements to prepare accurate and competitive BMS technical estimates. * Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to understand project scopes and technical specifications. * Utilize your BMS expertise to provide technical insights during the estimation process. * Develop cost estimates, including materials, labor, and other project-related expenses. * Assist in proposal preparation and present technical information to clients. Requirements: * Proven experience as a BMS Technical Estimator is essential. * In-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems and related technologies. * Strong analytical and technical skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. * Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
