Concept Development Technologist £Competitive Salary + Benefits Manchester Area About the role: As a Concept Development Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our client's innovation process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring new concepts to life from ideation to implementation. Having a keen eye for market trends and consumer insights will drive their product innovation efforts as you conduct thorough market research and trend analysis. You'll craft prototypes and oversee testing to ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and resonate with our client’s target market. Working hand in hand with the marketing and sales teams, you'll help develop compelling product messaging and launch strategies to captivate customers and drive success in the market. Requirements: * Ideally educated to degree level with food and/or equivalent knowledge gained through on-the-job training. * Experience of successfully validating products and producing high-quality documentation. * Demonstrated experience in a similar role showing proficiency in all elements of product development. * Experience operating in a fast-paced dynamic environment. * Demonstrates analytical skill and ability with experience in producing and reviewing costings. * Experience in working with one or more of the major UK retailers.
