We pride ourselves on our commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and attention to detail. Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Operative/Programmer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce precision-cut timber components for our bespoke furniture projects. Key Responsibilities: * Operate and program CNC machines to cut and mill timber according to design specifications. * Ensure the accuracy and quality of finished products. * Collaborate closely with design and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes. * Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance. * Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times. Requirements: * Previous experience in CNC operation or cutting/milling timber is essential. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Good problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
