Finance Manager

Absolute executive Search are delighted to be partnered with an International firm based in Kent who are searching for a Finance Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be managing the day-to-day the finance function as well as working on ad-hoc projects as they arise. Responsibilities: * Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management reporting. * Monitor cash flow and aid in the forecasting and budgeting processes. * Cost accounting and profit analysis of investment projects. * Prepare analysis and interpret financial reports. * Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and controls to ensure. compliance with regulatory requirements. * Aid in the analysis of financial data and forecasts. * Ensure adherence to taxation laws and regulations. * Provide financial advice and support to management. Key Requirements: ACA or ACCA qualified. Good working experience of managing financial operations. Excellent communication skills. Proven track record of financial management in a medium to large company with an international presence. Good working knowledge of NetSuite is highly desirable but not essential.
