Estimating Manager - Drylining

They say there is no smoke without fire - that being true then there is no fire without fuel. So, when it comes to a drylining subcontractor, what, or who, is the fuel? Is this case, like so many others, it's that of the Estimator - the catalyst of any, and every, project, scheme, or development that’s undertaken. And with this particular opportunity, the Estimator, or Estimating Manager, is the catalyst even more so. Aesir Recruitment are partnered with an international drylining contractor who are looking to set up a permanent office in the North West and are looking for an experienced Estimator to spearhead the operation. Already turning over £10m in the region, and a further £5m across the UK, they’ve built up a great reputation in the area, and have plans to open an office between Manchester and Liverpool, once this person has joined the business. You’d be working for a company who have ambitions, and pipeline, to grow to a £90m turnover business in the next 3 – 4 years and are already working with some of the best main contractors in the commercial and residential sectors. You would be looking at a salary of up to £65k, vehicle, death in service and private healthcare, along with the support of some fantastic directors who are currently in the region. Long term, being a key cog in the machine, there is no reason that you couldn’t be looking at directorship yourself, as they continue to grow.
