Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Multi-skilled Trades Person based on the outskirts of Milton Keynes . Due to location, own transport will be essential.

Summary of the Multi-skilled Trades Person role

Salary: Competitive
Location: Outskirts of Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. With weekend working and on-call rota duties.

The role

As the Multi-Skilled Trades Person your role will involve the following important duties:

• Painting and decorating properties both internally and externally.
• Basic plumbing includes fixing leaking taps, guttering and downpipes.
• Groundwork includes fixing and fitting fence panels, loose slabs and filling potholes.
• Changing door handles, skirting, and curtain tracks.
• Plastering, tiling and roofing.
• Candidates will also be required to undertake on-call duties on a rota basis.

The experience required

As a successful Multi-Skilled Trades Person, you will have the following:

• Previous experience within a similar environment is essential.
• Good communication skills and customer focussed.
• Flexible.
• Knowledge of working practices and procedures, especially Health and Safety.
• Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence is required.
