Office Assistant

Full time hours

Based on site at our London Office

Founded in 2007 our client is one of the fastest growing banks of their kind in the UK. They offer personal and corporate savings products and finance for UK residential and commercial property, in addition to sourcing and advising on UK real estate investments.

Due to growth within the business, they are now looking to acquire the services of an Office Assistant to be based onsite in their London Office. As an Office Assistant you are responsible for providing Facilities Support for the London office and all bank staff and act as Health and Safety support for all premises

Key responsibilities

  • Act as Front of House for the London office, and responsible for all meeting room bookings
  • Responsible for all incoming & outgoing post
  • Building Visitor booking system - arrange access with ground floor security
  • Organise distribution of equipment to home workers
  • Supply and return of items for new starters and leavers
  • Process departmental expenses
  • Responsible for mandatory regulatory maintenance checks
  • Catering orders for Board/large meetings
  • Ad hoc support where needed including travel for staff

Key Skills required

  • Reception, and general admin experience
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues, customers and suppliers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible, can-do attitude
