Due to expansion, they seek a Fire and Security Technical Support Engineer to spearhead their technical helpdesk. Responsibilities of a Fire and Security Technical Support Engineer: * Location: This is an office-based role in East Sussex. * Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. * Technical Support: Offer technical support across all Fire and Security systems to both Engineers and Customers. * Collaboration: Work alongside other departments to resolve complex technical issues. * System Management: Manage and monitor cloud-based systems. * Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of new technologies and industry standards.
