Hales Group are seeking a Sales Administrator to come and join our award winning client in Southwold. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for delivering excellent customer service to join a company that values it’s employees. Key responsibilities Handling inbound calls from customers placing orders Efficiently processing orders Handling enquiries and ensuring prompt and accurate responses whenever possible Ensuring you maximise all sales opportunities Demonstrating thorough product knowledge and understanding individual customer needs to exceed their expectations Skills and experience Previous experience in a call centre or sales environment is advantageous Strong organisational and self-motivational skills Ability to work independently with initiative and without constant supervision Ability to work on own initiative without supervision Excellent customer service skills Willingness to address all guest needs with a positive attitude    Sales Administrator Part Time 29.5 hours per week (2 full days and 3 half days – Mon to Fri)  Permanent £17,549 per annum Southwold   If you feel you have the relevant skills and experience to succeed in this position, please contact Isobelle at our Lowestoft branch or apply with your CV   Why work through Hales Group?
