Director Of Operations

Location: UK / Ireland - Remote Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 Contract Type: Permanent Work Style: Remote Aurora Lifesciences has now exclusively partnered with a Medtech start up that are now in search of a Director of Operations. Working closely with the Senior Team you will play a key role in the development of the company. The role will work across the company and with external stakeholders to ensure projects are kept on track developing Quality, Regulatory and R&D teams to provide structure and control to projects and operations. The Project * You will be tasked with creating a strategy for the business for the successful completion of each project * Resource project team required for growth * Review project schedules with Stakeholders and implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure successful project delivery * Implement communication plans to update stakeholders on the progress of projects in line with milestones * Working with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure successful manufacture of the device * Identifying measures that can support with process improvement * Getting the product certified * Implementing new standard operating procedures in the Company's quality system and documenting key information with support of QA/RA to be onboarded. * Maintain the relationship with one or more clinical reference sites * Support bid development and commercial opportunities Key Skills * Experienced working with Medical Device Start Ups * Operational and Technical Leadership * Process Improvement * Good Understanding of Regulatory Standard Benefits * Stock Options Available * Clear Pathway to C-Suite
