Marketing Manager

Description UBT Recruitment are working with a well experienced family-run SME based in Bridgwater. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join a leading company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for creating impactful marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand's value proposition and drive business growth. Role Details: * Primarily manager/conduct all digital marketing, including SEO, blogs, social media (LinkedIn), email marketing and customer presentations * Be responsible to achieve target lead quantities each week/month from all marketing activities * Oversee the design and creation of hard-copy marketing literature * Working closely with the sales team Working time: 8am-5pm. Benefits: * Salary: £38,000-£43,000 (DOE) * Uncapped Bonus Scheme. * 24 days holiday + 8 bank holidays * Holiday buy/sell scheme * Unlimited training opportunities Requirements * Experience in a marketing role, preferably within an SME business * Experience in digital marketing * Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to manager multiple campaigns * Ideally experience managing agencies and briefing designers/photographers/videographers * Analytical mindset
