Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Are you an experienced mechanical building services maintenance engineer looking for a new opportunity on a busy contract? I am working with a leading health care provider who are on the lookout for an engineer to maintain all of their critical plant mechanical systems. Duties Standard mechanical PPMs Reactive maintenance AHUs/FCUs - cleaning filters/changing filters, cleaning coils, mechanical seals, belt changes VAVs Sprinkler Testing High-Pressure Pumps Steam Boilers Mechanical Seals Water Treatment Reactive Plumbing Motors Liaising/directing subcontractors around site Report writing - completing logbooksRequirements C&G/NVQ in mechanical engineering/marine engineering Previous building services/marine/hospital maintenance experience Technically minded Career drivenRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
